Details
They delay and attempt to avoid filling prescriptions by repeatedly claiming that they haven't received approvals from doctors and patients for delivery of medication. I have to three and four times, often with my doctor's office on the line, to provide the very same authorizations I have repeatedly given. It is an absolute disgrace.

Details
In two weeks they failed to verify my secondary insurance. A task that took Walgreens 1 minute. After spending close to 2 hours on the phone with them nothing was accomplished. Shame on corporations for going with the cheapest prescription provider. Fed up! I would think this inability to deliver will result in bad litigation possibly even wrongful death suits. No excuse.
