I have now spent three months with issues on receiving my medication for MS. Missed over a month of treatment of avenox.

accredo makes the decision to not ship meds without calling. I currently am able to work, but how long will that be if they keep monkeying around with my meds. I pay and then they try to delay shipment without calling??? Poor service!

Plus I am on the phone trying to get my meds at least 30 mins per month trying to get someone to figure out what the *** is going on there. If you have a choice, do not use this place!

Have been treated by this pharmacy. You are not alone in your experience. Many pts.

are frustrated and the clinical staff involved at your physicians office is equally frustrated. Please complain.
