This is by far the worst Specialty Pharmacy I have ever used. What's worst is that United Health and Amerigroup are forcing patients to use this unprofessional company.

I do PA's for all my patients here at the clinic, and some are locked-in to Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. I can't imagine how much money they are paying Amerigroup for them to be the designated pharmacy. I have never had so many issues in the 20 years I've been doing this. When you call, everyone seen to have a different story, as if they use a different system.

My patient was with-out Hep-C medication for over 4 days, because according to Accredo, they needed a prescription, after waiting almost 45 minutes to speak to a Pharmacist, Tia said to me that a prescription was not required.

She than transfer me to someone else to set-up a delivery date, to hear that my patient was going to be without medication for another day because they couldn't do same day delivery. This is an on going situation with with Accredo, and nothing is being don't about it, I am assuming Amerigroup don't care about the patient.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
