Horrible Experience....Accredo lies to patients

You have to constantly call Accredo to follow up....beyond this, they lie to their patients when stating what the problem or reason for the hold up on filling the script-yet, tell my doctor a completely different story. When calling their service department, they'll leave you on hold for an extremely long time then tell you that their system needs to update...this could take 24-48 hours.
In the meantime, you can't place your script order.
So much for routinely taking medication.
In my opinion, PLEASE FIND A NEW PHARMACY!!!!!! It's not worth the headache to you or your doctor.
