I have been without my medication I have multiple sclerosis for over a week now I've called they used to call me and tell me when it's time to set up to have another refill they have not done that in the past 3 months I smoked it to about nine people within the past two days was promised my medication and then I get a call today saying they can't deliver it it I am now in a flare-up and my doctor also agrees that it is because I'm not on my medication and is not my fault at all what can I do

Terrible service, My wife has MS , has been on same medication (Copaxone) for 16 years, now 3 weeks without due Accredo insisting that she was a new patient, We did move 1 year ago but recovers meds with no problem. I finally called our insurer ( Anthem) and also got the run around, asked to speak to a supervisor, then asked for their supervisor, who resolved this immediately.
