Accredo is the WORST pharmacy I've ever had to deal with! I dreaded hearing the word accredo when my sons primary insurance changed to Priority health.

I had nothing but issues when we had to use Accredo before for another family member. So, we get our first month of meds no issues. Then, I call for a refill to be told that there are no refills. They claimed they filled last refill last month.

Thats funny last month was the first month we were forced to use Accredo and it was a new prescription with 5 refills. Then I was told it was a deactivated prescription, am I sure he still needs it. Yes , he does and who deactivated it, oh Accredo did and who told them to deactivate the prescription? Surprise!

No one! So, its taken me 4 days, 2 calls to our medication specialist who was also calling Accredo on our behalf, and 2 calls to the Dr office who also was calling Accredo on our behalf. Then I called Accredo again to finally get order delivery set up, because Accredo NEVER called me to set it up as promised. We are supposed to receive his meds tomorrow on a Special Sat.

Overnight delivery, we shall see.

Ive been told this before with a different family members meds with them and it never happened. This company IS The ABSOLUTE WORST EVER TO have to try to work with.
