I have spent numerous hours on the phone to Accredo and Healthsmart Since they became my pharmacy. I have been on Nucala for a year with no issues.

I am two weeks overdue for my injection. They don’t communicate within the organization. Most have been kind but don’t get anything done. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they don’t have them.

Finally got the woman to refer me to her “team leader”. Still no meds.

You didn't say what type of injection, but I have two myself.

Were / are you receiving any sort of financial assistance to pay for this ?
