I called early on a Friday in Jan for my prescription, was told someone would call me back same day with shipping info, didn't happen so I called that Monday and was told they had scheduled to call me on Wednesday but since I called in they would mail it that day, I needed this drug to have been sent already.They promised to call 10 days before my next refill, didn't happen so I called 7 days prior, was promised it would be at my house on Feb 20, I called that morning as I didn't receive a tracking number, found out it was scheduled to ship on MARCH 17, one month later.

I have stage 4 cancer and need this life saving meds on time each month, asked to log a complaint and was hung up on multiple times, finally reached a supervisor who basically said "sorry".Wish we had other options, this is very stressful for a terminal patient to deal with over and over and over.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $100.

I didn't like: Prescription delivery problems.
