Never dealt with worse customer service

I've never dealt with worst customer service in my life. Everything is a total nightmare with this company.

I've spent in excess of 10+ hours on the phone with them in the last month; there is no internal communication and they will accomplish nothing unless you constantly call them.

I wish I could give them a zero. If you have a choice, avoid them at all costs.

My insurance is Tricare, and now that they use Accredo Specialty Pharmacy I have had nothing but issues. Express Scripts was way better than this company.

Initially, I had not even been notified that my prescriptions would be processed through Accredo after March 1, 2024, even though they advised a letter was sent...I never recieved it. So I called them and registered all of my info and got my medication ordered. Fast forward 3 weeks and I still have yet to recieve it. I recieved an automated call that advised that my medication was going to be delayed and to call them back asap.

I called them and spoke with someone who assured me that there was no delay on shipment on her end and that it would arrive on the day it was supposed to. A few days pass and I get another automated phone call advising the same thing. Sooooo I logged into the app and it didn't show any medication listed OR shipments. I called and they had to forward me to a supervisor just to see that there was an issue with Tricare not authorizing the medication.

It had been "requested too many times" or something. Currently on the phone with them, and they hung up the phone.

Mind you, I'm not getting upset at all with the supervisor because I know it's not her fault, it's poor company practicesYou'd think Accredo would have called and mentioned that or at least been honest about it when I was told the first time that there weren't any issues. I attached the Accredo app screenshots of medication and shipment orders and there's nothing listed and you can see I'd been on the phone for an hour before it hung up.

I have Tricare as well, Accredo does not seem to be providing the service that active duty and retirees have earned. I think it’s time that those of us who are forced to use Accredo complain to our Federal Representatives.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Accredo Health. As a patient, I have spent an exorbitant amount of time and effort trying to obtain my prescribed medication, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

Inordinate Wait Times: Over the past several weeks, I have spent over 7-8 hours on the phone with Accredo representatives.

Each time, I am assured that my medication is on its way, only to be left waiting indefinitely. This prolonged wait has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Misleading Information: Every representative I speak to provides conflicting information. Some claim the medicine is en route, while others insist there is an issue that requires my doctors office to call. This inconsistency has left me feeling helpless and confused.

Failed Communication: Despite my efforts to follow up with my doctors office, they consistently inform me that they have sent the necessary information to Accredo.

However, this information never seems to reach its intended destination. The lack of effective communication between Accredo and healthcare providers is unacceptable.

Multiple Calls, No Resolution: I have called Accredo over 13 times, hoping to resolve this issue promptly. Unfortunately, each call has been met with empty promises and no tangible progress. My time is valuable, and this constant back-and-forth has been a significant inconvenience.

Broken Promises: Recently, a level 2 manager assured me that I would receive a callback regarding my case.

Regrettably, this promise was never fulfilled. It is deeply disappointing to be misled by someone in a position of authority.

Quality of Service: I implore Cigna to reconsider its association with Accredo.

The current level of service is subpar, and patients deserve better. I urge Cigna to collaborate with a specialty pharmacy that prioritizes patient well-being and efficient medication delivery.

Preferred solution: I will never be able to recover the 7-8 hours I had to spend on the phone, listening to the lies from this company. Additionally, the time I had to miss from work to make these calls is irreplaceable.

My daughter has arthritis

My 15-year-old daughter has juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Up until July of 2024, we had Blue Cross and used Carelon rx for her specialty medication.

They were amazing. My employers switched insurance companies and we got stuck with Cigna. Accredo has dropped the ball so many times and we've only had them for a month and a half. My daughter is due for her refill and when I called for it, they told me there was no refill available.

How? How is there no refill available when she just got it from you a month ago?

They told me that they would call me a week prior to her running out and they never did. If you have the option, stay far far away.

My Rx was transferred to Accredo because the original pharmacy my doctor set up was not contracted with my insurance.Accredo is.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. The people I spoke with at Accredo were all Friendly, Professional and I only had a short wait on hold.

The order was set up on Wednesday and shipped UPS with a tracking number for delivery on Friday. It showed up and I get the email reporting delivery as the big brown truck was just pulling away.

I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about them other than this was just a little scary since the Rx is quit expensive!

All went 100% perfect.

This is the worst pharmacy, This month I have called 4 times to check on my medication only to be told it takes 24 to 48 hours to process.

They waited until the last moment to send this out; I have had my order since July 6, 2024, but now it's July 12, 2024. They are still telling me it takes 24 to 48 hours.

I am on the medication for 21 days and off for 7. So, if it's not sent via FedEx overnight, I will miss a dose.

The same thing happened last month. I made 4 phone calls to them starting last week and here we are, all over again.

While I was talking, the supervisor was mimicking me and saying that she would not ship my medicine. I have already lost an important organ.

I do not want to lose my life because of their incompetence.

At the customer service, they only have people with no civic sense, zero empathy. They literally suck.

Accredo is a garbage company and should be closed. I am forced to deal with this garbage company everytime I get my medicine. Everytime I felt like begging for my medicine. There are always issues.

Recently, they scheduled a delivery, and on the day of the delivery, they called, telling me that it could not be delivered because of co-pay issues. They are only telling me this now after I've been calling them almost every day for the past 3 weeks.

It's an ordeal calling them with the long wait times and rude reps, especially considering I've dealt with them for years.

Every delivery is a pain; I'm almost begging for my medicines. This is a garbage company and should be closed.

I worked for a medical office. I noticed that Accredo would ship medication to patients with a high copay without consent.

Then, if I had a patient with no or a lower copay, I could not get the medication shipped at all or it would take months. The representatives had no knowledge of anything or would tell you something different each time. Additionally, a supervisor was not helpful. They always overcharged patients.

The hold time was long. They incorrectly processed patient's claims all the time.

Nobody ever read notes. They were horrible.

One star is far too high of a rating. They say they dont have all the information from your doctor even when the person who put you on hold for a half hour confirmed their computer listed that they did have it. They ship slow, dont care and the *** in customer service cannot even correctly read the scripted answers they give them.

I called them to tell them to stop, yet they still call.

What awful people! It's basic blackmail, and these are horrible people who will lie to your face!

Express how incompetent Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is.

I have been using this company since 1/1/24 as I had switched Medicare Part D carriers and new carrier, WellCare requires that you use Accredo for specialty medications. I use a specialty medication that Im on for 21 days and then off for 7 and each month since 1/1/24 I have not been able to get the medication on time, most times it is 10-14 days later.

With my previous carrier I would receive a call 10 days before new Rx would start and would then have new Rx a few days before it was to start. Worked like clockwork. Now I have to call Accredo many times to check status only to hear many excuses as to why it isnt ready, most popular excuse is doctors office needs to send over an authorization. Keep in mind this doctors office has been working with this medication for years and doesnt seem to have problems with other carriers (who require the same authorization) so the problem to me is with Accredo and their horrendous service.

There are thousands of complaints regarding this company regarding this same issue, so I dont why insurance companies continue to use them as a pharmacy provider. They should be shut down.

Everything is so confusing, the customer service is terrible. I didn't have access to the app for 6 months and nobody could fix it.

They give you wrong information all the time. Unfortunately I am stuck with them, but if you can avoid them, do it!!

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because normally they are very polite.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally posted the payment to my account after 6 months!

I was then able to get my medication.

Sometimes it takes talking to the one person at Accredo billing who finally knows what they are doing!!! It took 30 phone calls to get this resolved

Received a bill in December for 4500. Was told the card had exhausted its funds.

It went under investigation, where I was put on a different copay assistance plan, and it was approved to put 6000 on my old card (the one that had exhausted funds).

Now, six months later, I've been told it'll take another 45 days after resubmitting it to receive the funds. How come they can't figure out how to get their payment?
